Choosing By Advantages (CBA) is a tested and effective decision-making system developed by Jim Suhr in 1999 for determining the best decision by looking at the advantages of each option. This method decreases waste while increasing efficiency, respect for team members, and project outcomes including profits. This presentation by Rebecca Snelling will delve into the five phases of decision making as you learn about this approach to make and share decisions in an easy-to-understand way and to help the client and team reach a decision that sticks. A copy of Rebecca's book, "Choosing By Advantages: How to Make Sound Decisions," is included with your registration fee.

Presented by:

Rebecca Snelling, RS Consulting

Video and audio instructions will be sent with registration and again the day before the event.
